This is not a lunch catering order. tati. builds an individual performance meal plan for each rep — based on their preferences, goals, and dietary needs — and executes it fresh every week out of the Wynwood commercial kitchen. Every person on the team eats differently because every person on the team is different.
What Makes tati. Different
Chef-prepared, never frozen — fresh within 24 hours
Individualized per rep — not a fixed group menu
Dietary restrictions, goals, and preferences fully accommodated
Branded packaging with tati. presentation standard
Direct office delivery — no pickup, no logistics burden on the team
Who Is Chef Tatiana
Founder & Executive Chef
Chef Tatiana Palacio built a $655K revenue meal prep business with zero marketing spend — purely through referrals and word of mouth. She has an active loyal client base in Miami and a proven track record of delivering premium, personalized culinary experiences at scale. Every meal that goes out to the Forefront team is her standard.
Wynwood Kitchen
50 NW 24th St, Suite 113
tati. operates out of a 1,643 SF commercial kitchen at Wynwood Jungle — the former test kitchen of Chef Norman Van Aken. Signed April 2026. Full commercial infrastructure, 10-year lease. This is the facility that produces every meal delivered to the Forefront team.

02 · Rep Onboarding
Every Rep Gets Their Own Profile
Before the first meal goes out, tati. comes to you. Kaelyn Cambio and Sofia Muniz (Emanay Advisory) conduct a full in-person onboarding at the Forefront Global office — sitting down with every participating rep to record their individual preferences, goals, and dietary needs. This is the intake that makes personalization possible.
1
Kaelyn & Sofia Arrive at the Forefront Office
tati. sends Kaelyn Cambio (Forefront internal champion) and Sofia Muniz (tati. program lead from Emanay Advisory) to the office together. Kaelyn introduces the team and makes everyone comfortable. Sofia leads the structured intake. Daniel participates visibly — the tone is: this is an investment in you, not a company memo.
In-Person · White Glove
2
Individual Rep Intake — One on One
Each rep gets 5–8 minutes of direct, personal attention. What they currently eat. What they want to change. Any restrictions or allergies. Their training schedule, if applicable. What they like and dislike. Portion size preferences. Whether they're eating at their desk or on the go. Every data point goes directly into their tati. profile.
5–8 Min Per Rep
3
Profiles Built Within 48 Hours
Chef Tatiana and the tati. culinary team build each rep's first weekly meal plan from their profile. Plans are sent to each rep for confirmation before the first delivery. Any adjustments are made before the order is placed. No rep receives food they didn't sign off on.
48-Hour Turnaround
4
First Delivery Goes Out
The following Monday or Thursday after profiles are confirmed, the first tati. delivery arrives at the Forefront office. All meals labeled and organized by rep. Branded tati. packaging. Week 1 is the proof of concept — the team tries it, responds, and adjustments are made for Week 2.
Week 1 — Trial Month
What gets recorded for each rep: Current diet & habits · Dietary restrictions & allergies · Health and fitness goals · Body composition preferences · Taste profile (proteins, carbs, spice level, dislikes) · Meal timing (desk lunch, post-workout, evening) · Portion preference · Budget tier selection
05 · The Meal Package
One Package. Every Employee. Every Week.
The Forefront Global corporate program is built on a single, clean package: 5 meals per week, per employee, delivered to the office twice per week. No tiers to manage, no per-rep complexity. Every participating employee receives the same weekly package — personalized to their individual preferences, billed to Forefront Global, and reimbursed from employee commissions.
5
Meals Per Employee
Per week, every week. Mon–Fri coverage.
35+
Employees
All participating office staff enrolled.
175
Meals Per Week
Total office volume. 35 reps × 5 meals.
$30
Delivery Cost / Week
2 drops × $15 flat. Split across all employees.
175 meals delivered to one address in two drops. Because the entire office receives their meals at the office, only 2 delivery fees of $15 apply across all 35+ employees each week — a combined $30 total, split across the group. Individual home delivery would cost each person $30/week alone. The office delivery model saves every employee significantly.
The Corporate Package
5 Meals Per Week · Per Employee

Personalized to each employee's profile from onboarding
Delivered to the Forefront Global office Monday + Thursday
All meals labeled per employee — Kaelyn manages distribution

06 · Ordering & Delivery
How the Office Orders Every Week
Every Wednesday, Kaelyn walks the floor — link and code in hand — and collects that week's menu selections from each employee in person. Orders are submitted through her affiliate link. The consolidated office order is placed before Friday midnight cutoff. Two deliveries arrive — Monday and Thursday.
WED
Kaelyn Does the Wednesday Walk
Every Wednesday, Kaelyn goes to each employee at their desk with the weekly tati. menu — link and Forefront discount code in hand. She collects their selection for the week personally. This is not a group email or a form blast. It is a personal, face-to-face weekly touchpoint that keeps participation high and ensures every order is captured correctly. All selections are submitted through Kaelyn's affiliate link — every meal counts toward her commission.
In-Person · Every Week
FRI
Order Cutoff — Midnight Friday
Kaelyn submits the consolidated office order before the Friday midnight cutoff. tati. receives a single corporate order for the full team — 175 meals organized by employee name, meal selection, and dietary profile. The kitchen builds the production schedule for the week from this order.
Midnight Cutoff
MON
Monday Delivery — Meals 1, 2, 3
First delivery of the week arrives at the Forefront Global office. tati. driver delivers a single consolidated drop — all meals for the week labeled per employee. Kaelyn coordinates distribution at the office. Monday's delivery covers Mon, Tue, Wed meals for the standard 5-pack.
$15 Flat · One Drop
THU
Thursday Delivery — Meals 4 & 5
Second delivery of the week arrives at the office. Thursday's drop covers the remaining 2 meals of the 5-pack — Thursday and Friday. Fresh, within 24 hours of preparation. Second $15 delivery fee applied. Total weekly delivery cost: $30 across 35+ employees.
$15 Flat · One Drop
The delivery math: 2 drops × $15 = $30 total delivery cost per week for the entire office. At 35 employees, that's less than $0.86 per employee per week in delivery fees. A single individual home delivery from tati. costs $15 per drop, or $30/week. The office model eliminates that cost entirely for participating employees.
Home Delivery — Forefront Employee Code
30% Off · For Any Employee Who Wants Home Delivery
Employees who want meals delivered to their home — in addition to or instead of the office package — receive an exclusive Forefront Global employee discount code for 30% off any personal home delivery order placed through tatimeals.com. This is separate from the office corporate package. Individual home orders are placed and paid directly by the employee using the Forefront code. Standard delivery fees apply to home orders.

What This Program Actually Costs Daniel
The Forefront Global meal program is structured so that the cost of feeding the entire office is fully recovered through employee seat fees — while the full meal expense sits on the company's books as a deductible business expense. Daniel ends the year ahead, with more revenue recognized and less taxable income.

Daniel earns more than the program costs — before tax benefit
The program pays for itself before the tax benefit is even counted. Daniel recovers $168,000/year in seat fees against a $156,840/year meal cost — a net positive of $11,160. Because all meals are delivered to and consumed on Forefront business premises, the full $155,400 qualifies as 100% deductible under IRS Section 119 — saving an estimated $57,498 in taxes annually. His team eats well. His P&L improves. His tax bill goes down by $57K.
Note: Meals delivered to and consumed at the Forefront Global business premises qualify under IRS Section 119 as meals furnished for the convenience of the employer — making the full expense 100% deductible. All figures above use the 100% deductible treatment accordingly. Recommend confirming final classification with Evan Chandonnet CPA, Emanay Accounting. Figures are estimates based on a 37% effective rate and do not constitute tax advice.
