Both parties execute the partnership agreement via PandaDoc. Signing order: Tatiana Palacio (tati. Eats LLC) → Alexandre Camus (Emanay Advisory) → Daniel Shirazi (Forefront Global). All parties receive executed copies upon completion.

tati. and Forefront agree on a date within the first two weeks. Kaelyn preps the team internally. Kaelyn and Sofia attend together. All 25+ participating reps are profiled in one session.

Chef Tatiana builds each rep's Week 1 plan within 48 hours of onboarding. Each rep confirms their plan before the first delivery goes out. No surprises.
